Confer daily with Maintenance Supervisor on any problems for instructions.
Direct and schedule the daily work of himself.
Requisition or draw from stores, all electrical material as needed, well in advance of need.
With assistance from Maintenance Supervisor, set up and follow a preventative maintenance schedule covering all electrical equipment.
Install all new electrical equipment and closely cooperate with mechanics.
Make a weekly survey of the entire plant with a view toward detecting unsafe or unusual conditions.
Any other relat4ed work as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Learn the skills and procedures necessary in training log to become a senior electrician.
Conduct all work in a manner consistent with NEC codes that apply.
Follow all policies and procedures pertaining to ISO 9002 and the maintenance quality and procedure manual.
Responsible for scheduling, writing requisitions for material, supplies and also laying out jobs that are assigned.
Responsible for directing and training of other maintenance personnel for all tasks related to the Silver Peak operations.
Confer daily with Maintenance Supervisor on any problems or for instructions.
Make a weekly survey of the plant operations with a view toward detecting unsafe or unusual conditions.
Fill in for the Maintenance Supervisor in his absence for electrical concerns.
Responsible for inventory control of electrical supplies.
Responsible to insure ISO 9002 policy and procedures are initiated and maintained in the electrical shop procedure manual. This includes adding revisions and new procedures to the manual, training documentation in procedure manual, record of training forms, procedure reviews and any other related policy or procedures pertaining to the ISO 9002.
Any other related work as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor.
