Because we are a Franchisee owned McDonald's we are offering the following until 5/30/2020:

  • $100 sign on bonus

Crew Member Duties and Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers to ensure they have

  • a positive experience

  • Help customers order their favorite

  • McDonald's meals

  • Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food

  • Partner with other Crew and Managers to

  • meet daily goals and have fun

  • Keep the restaurant looking fantastic

  • Greet our guest upon arrival

  • Comply with all health and food safety regulations at all times

  • Have proper hygiene and a neat and clean uniform

  • Inform customers of any specials or promotions running currently

  • Answer any questions the customers might have

  • Have great listening skills for correct order taking

  • Repeat customer’s orders to ensure accuracy

  • Accept payment and accurately supply change, when needed

  • Learn how to assist customers who might have a complaint

  • Ensure food is delivered to the right person

  • Check with customers to ensure their overall satisfaction

  • Thank customers for their business, invite them to return

  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized lobby, work area, and

  • front counter
