Line Operator - Trex LevelUp Program
Join the Trex family by enrolling in our new LevelUp Program. You’ll start as a Line Operator and graduate as a Line Technician in six months.
Oversee operation of the production lines.
Monitor alarms and raw material levels.
Complete change overs for order fulfillment.
Troubleshoot any issues on the line.
Fix minor issues, and make minor repairs.
Assist with filter changes.
Keep a clean, safe work area.
Work safely and efficiently – especially when operating equipment.
Update visual display boards.
Follow production schedule.
Complete required documents or procedures including shift changeover communications, work orders, logs, tool audits and inspections.
Use a forklift and powered pallet jack.
Two years’ previous experience in a continuous process manufacturing environment is preferred, but if you’ve worked as a technician, mechanic, laborer, machinist, material handler, machine operator or operated production equipment, forklifts and hand tools, you’re Trex material for sure.
Have experience in an industrial, plant, production, printing, warehouse, distribution, construction or manufacturing setting? You’ll fit in just fine.
THE LEVELUP PROGRAM
This fast-tracked program is specially designed to accelerate your career growth path and skillset. You’ll receive specialized training to learn the ins and outs of Trex production, gain experience and move up at a quicker pace.
As a Trex Line Operator, you’ll make sure the equipment on our production lines are operating at peak performance.
You’ll have a deep understanding of exactly how the lines work, and you’ll be able to make changes safely and efficiently. You’ll also know how to troubleshoot issues, and get things up and running again.
Sometimes you’ll need to work with leadership or quality control, but for the most part this is your show to run.
As you gain experience and become a Line Technician, you’ll find you also have more opportunities to troubleshoot, solve problems and deliver amazing results.
