A group of seven Adrian Dominican Sisters - who had arrived in Adrian, Michigan, in the late 1800's from Germany - agreed to come to southern Nevada in 1947. These seven Adrian Dominican Sisters arrived nearly 70 years ago to serve the Henderson community. Their fellow Sisters continue to do the same today at the three St. Rose Dominican hospitals in southern Nevada.

The Rose de Lima Campus opened in 1947 on Lake Mead Parkway in "old" Henderson, the Siena Campus opened in 2000 in the Green Valley area of Henderson, and the San Martín Campus opened in southwestern Las Vegas in 2006. As Henderson and Las Vegas grow, Dignity Health’s St. Rose Dominican hospitals will continue to grow as will the Sisters’ mission of serving people in need.

In addition to our three acute care hospitals, Dignity Health provides family health services through three Womens Care /Outreach Centers in Henderson and Las Vegas. These centers provide a large variety of programs, classes and support groups designed to nurture good health and well being.

In July 2013, the first Dignity Health Medical Group Nevada location opened in Las Vegas. It was soon followed by additional offices in Henderson and Las Vegas. The physicians at our Dignity Health Medical Group Nevada medical clinics offer office appointments for family medicine, internal medicine, pediatric medicine, and rheumatology. The Dream Fund Pediatric Endocrinology Clinic in Henderson also opened in 2013 to provide specialized treatment for children with diabetes.

Position Summary:

Provides direct support in managing all gross revenue activities for the medical center, including charge master standardization and maintenance, state regulatory reporting and support to revenue generating department directors regarding any issues related to charge capture.

Principal Duties and Accountabilities:

  • Assists with month end accounts receivable analysis, reporting and various monitors, including emphasis on facility pre-billing AR inventory management.

  • Maintains a compliant charge master, standardized to the corporate standard, including timely additions, changes and deletions and applicable, while providing assistance to assure uniform application of the charge master in all revenue generating departments.

  • Coordinates and recommends price increase changes annually and as needed to enhance the financial viability of the medical center as the primary source of income derives from appropriate patient revenues.

  • Coordinates charge master reviews in total or by department as needed and provides education and assistance to all directors regarding the function and application of the charge master and the revenue cycle in general.



Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in hospital finance and revenue cycle. Minimum of three (3) years of managerial experience is required.
