We are currently seeking Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist who are self-starting and detail-oriented. This is a long-term temporary Accounts Receivable Billing position and is based in the Las Vegas, Nevada area. The Billing Specialist will be entering, posting, reconcile and research all customer transactions & issues. The ideal Billing Specialist will have prior Gaming Industry knowledge, Intermediate Excel skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Your responsibilities

• Provide information, as requested to shippers, customers, the sales/marketing department and other stakeholders

• Execute a range of foundational accounting tasks in agreement with normal procedures, including general accounting tasks

• Confirm documents and codes

• Bill Customers for services

• Contact clients to help resolve billing issues;

• Be an ambassador of the mission, values, and culture of the organization

• Reconciliations

• Pinpoint delinquent customer accounts through various means, e.g. written correspondence, phone contact, skip-tracing, and making arrangements for payment

Requirements

• Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

• AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field preferred, not required

• Strong analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy

• Comprehension of Excel Formulas

• Previous experience working with Microsoft Excel - Intermediate

• Accounts Receivable (AR) experience desired

• Proven knowledge of Billing System

• General familiarity with electronic billing

• Experience with Billing Statements

• ERP system experience, Oracle Preferred

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Billing
