Description

The Assistant Superintendent works under the supervision of the general superintendent or project manager. The primary responsibilities of this position is to direct, manage, supervise and coordinate all work on the project inclusive of all trades, subcontractors

and company employees to meet the work requirements of the project.

Specific duties include: ensuring that the work progresses according to the schedule, that materials and equipment are delivered to the site on time, that the subcontractors are on the project when required and that the activities of the various trades do not

interfere with one another.

Additional duties include acting as Quality Control representative monitoring and reporting on assigned projects as assigned under the direction of the Project Manager or Quality Control Manager.

Requirements
