Collections Analyst

Randstad Office Professionals is recruiting for an experienced Commercial Collections Analyst who is responsible for collection calls and/or correspondence with clients and vendors, as well as being accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts. Compensation is up to $20/hr based on experience. Qualified candidates, please click apply.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, review and maintain all assigned accounts

• Contact assigned delinquent customers (verbal or written communication). Maintain current and accurate notes regarding all account matters and payment commitments (with continual follow-up). Reconcile customer disputes regarding outstanding balances due, etc.

• Payment application

• 3+ years of prior commercial collections experience required

• Intermediate Excel skills

• Ability to effectively establish priorities in order to meet objectives, goals, and KPI’s in a fast-paced environment, with minimal direction.

Skills

• Excel (2 years of experience is required)

• Oracle Software (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Microsoft Office

• commercial collections (2 years of experience is required)

• Gaming (3 years of experience is required)

• No Degree Required
