What You Will Do:

  • Develop standards around data collection, normalization, analytics and reporting.

  • Works closely with key business stakeholders to develop dashboard and reporting solutions that provide key business insight

  • Lead initiative focused on customer profiling to learn how our customers utilize our products and to better understand how we can improve our marketing efforts

  • Lead project to migrate hard-coded legacy CBS reports into a modern flexible reporting solution

  • Work closely with the Finance department to develop automated reporting solutions that integrate into back-end Finance System.

  • Work closely with gaming regulators during report migration project

  • Ensure that you remain within compliance of all company, state, and federal rules and regulations

  • Adhere to all Company and William Hill US Technology department standards.

  • Deliver required solutions on time and budget

  • Work closely with UK data analysis team to develop automated reporting solutions that meet both the global and local requirements

  • Develop knowledge and skill with CBS System base functions and reporting.

  • Keeps abreast of emerging technologies and techniques in data analysis and reporting.

  • Creativity by taking innovative approaches to problem solving and devising inventive and creative solutions.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS and/or equivalent work experience

  • Experience working with large enterprise systems

  • Strong skills in time management and pragmatic approach to problem solving

  • Proven ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic fast-paced organization

  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and effective under pressure

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and proven experience and ability to communicate with business and technical personnel at all levels

  • Knowledge of Enterprise Database solutions such as Microsoft SQL Server and/or MySQL

  • Knowledge of SQL language and query structure

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as MS Excel and MS Access

  • Knowledge of client reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, etc.

  • Sports Betting knowledge is desired
