Humana Director, MarketPoint Sales - NV market in Las Vegas, Nevada

Description

The Director MarketPoint Sales will lead a team of Licensed Medicare Sales Manager in the Nevada market, providing value-based leadership, strategic and tactical guidance, and performance direction to ensure all sales and retention goals are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Develop strategic sales/marketing plan, which will assist in maintaining and increasing membership.

  • Conduct, attend, and manage local and sales operations meeting(s) in order to provide sales development, teamwork, market strategies, training, etc.

  • Monitor sales results, trends and overall performance to hold sales agents accountable for achieving identified targets.

  • Build strategic relationships with distribution partners and agencies to ensure successful business outcomes

  • Lead a team of 4 Managers and 25 indirect reports

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or a related field strongly preferred or equivalent business experience

  • 5 plus years of Medicare Sales experience

  • Valid State Health and Life insurance licenses

  • This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3-5 years' experience in a sales management position

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
