Treasure Island, LLC GREETER - HOTEL (PART TIME) in Las Vegas, Nevada

It is the primary responsibility of the Greeter to maintain order in the hotel lobby by answering questions, moving guests from the line to a front desk window, directing guests, assisting with express check-out, and moving the stanchions as needed. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Circus-Circus policies, practices, and procedures.

Specific Job Functions:

  • Welcome guests to the property and provide exceptional customer service

  • Answer property questions and provide information regarding rooms, restaurants, and entertainment

  • Assist guests with directions and escort to alternative waiting area if time permits

  • Interact with guests while they are waiting in line

  • Advise guests what is required to check-in to the hotel

  • Control the guest check-in/check-out lines by escorting guests to appropriate window

  • Keep check-out line to a minimum by offering and assisting guests with express check-out

  • Rearrange lobby stanchions and ropes as needed

  • Offer guest luggage assistance by directing to the bell desk

  • Monitor the hotel lobby for cleanliness

  • During slow periods, be an ambassador of the hotel by offering guests information regarding events,

  • shows, directions, and other activities they may be interested in

  • Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department

  • Assist with Front Desk check in Kiosks

  • Other job related duties as requested.

  • Minimum of six months customer service experience required.

  • Excellent customer service skills are necessary.

  • Must be able to work well under pressure.

  • Must be willing to work any shift
