Job Description:

The Project Manager-Senior leads project teams to meet project objectives within scope, schedule, cost, resource, quality, and risk constraints by applying consistent project management tools, techniques, and processes. Manages projects whose core deliverables require new or improved solutions. Senior-level professional with extensive experience in all aspects of project management. Encompasses the full knowledge required to effectively lead projects through the project lifecycle. Provides leadership in establishing improved project management processes and tools. This position provides some basic project management skill training.

This position provides some basic project management skill training.

Project Manager-Senior is responsible for developing and managing technology projects, costing, time and scope. The responsibilities include: project plan, communication plan, allocating tasks and setting milestones This is a full time position located in Las Vegas, NV. Will consider contracting services with the right candidate Responsibilities:

· Established experience in setting project expectations, planning, monitoring and reporting project results

· Completes projects by coordination resources, timetables and identifying, communicating and mitigating risks between business units and IT business lanes

· Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. · Experience in various methodologies for project implementation

· Proven ability to solve problems creatively

· Experience with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices

· Excellent analytical skills

· Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful Experience:

· Strong communication skills from establishing project expectations, planning, monitoring and reporting project results

· Experience in healthcare technologies as it relates to EMR, managed care and revenue and billing systems preferred

· Knowledge of Healthcare Partners Nevada business topography ideal

· 3 – 5 years of technical project management experience with a broad spectrum of experience from Infrastructure, Vendor applications, interfaces and custom developed application.

· Healthcare experience preferred

· Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, business or related field preferred

· Project Management certifications preferred
