MGM Resorts International Manager, Table Games Strategy (Corporate) in Las Vegas, Nevada

The Manager of Table Games Strategy designs the processes and procedures to optimize Table Games operations for the properties they support. This role within the Table Games CoE works closely with the leadership of Table Games Strategy, Products, and Analytics. All duties are performed in accordance to company policies and procedures.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Table Games Strategy responsibilities to identify, develop, communicate, and implement best practices at each property and in the Table Games industry.

  • Collaborate with other Table Games leaders to make changes for optimizing profit across the company through guest service standards, standardized policies and procedures, adhering to Compliance regulations, and operational best practices.

  • Coordinate between Table Games Strategy CoE with property Table Games leadership to introduce new games, bet structures, business efficiency technology, policies and procedures, tracking, reporting, and monitoring of initiatives to the properties.

  • Collaborate with other gaming related departments and property leadership to implement Table Games portfolio/mix initiatives. Make recommendations to the Director and Vice President, Table Games Strategy with regards to new products, services, technology, and processes to ensure the Company’s competitive advantage. Communicate with key stakeholders to provide input and create buy-in.

  • Ensure effective operations, communication, and execution of effective strategies; provide support to property Casino Operations leadership, and other appropriate property personnel.

  • Perform other job-related duties as requested.

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Three (3) years prior relevant experience.

PREFERRED:

  • Previous experience as a Table Games Supervisor or Floor Manager in a high-volume integrated casino resort. In-depth understanding of Table Games operations and processes, and experience developing and implementing company-wide initiatives.

  • Five (5) years experience working in a Table Games department.

  • Knowledge of at least three (3) major Table Games.

  • Previous experience managing, supervising, or training employees.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

  • Gaming license/registration as required by jurisdiction(s)
