Requirements

A North Las Vegas organization is seeking a temporary Office Assistant for their Sales Department. The Office Assistant candidate will assist the VP of Sales. Office Assistant duties will include but are not limited to: Alpha and numeric data entry into Excel spreadsheets, typing light correspondence in MS Word, and preparing mailings which includes stuffing envelopes with marketing materials.

This is a temporary position, but may go longer.

Requirements: Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word. Must type at least 40 wpm. Must have 6000+ kph. Must be detail oriented and organized.
