As the Payments and Fraud Analyst , you will have superior communication skills as well as top-notch investigation experience as it pertains to Payments and Fraud. You’ll interact actively with a variety of departments and will work closely with other areas of the business, including Operations, Compliance, and Customer Service teams. You will be diligent and a quick thinker.
An interest in sports and sports betting is helpful, but not an absolute must.
What You Will Be Doing:
Conduct daily review of Payments Reporting by reviewing patron accounts looking for Suspicious activity and payment optimization trends
Review and Release withdrawals for customers in the given SLA period
Conduct Chargeback and Payment fraud investigation and report them to the appropriate party
Report Technical errors and be the main point of contact for customer service inquiries regarding Payments
Promote a positive image for William Hill within the industry and community
Make suggestions and follow through on carrying them out until execution
What You Will Need:
1+ years of experience in payments/fraud in an e-commerce environment. Experience in digital gaming or gambling an advantage
Strong data analysis skills and Excel experience at a high level required
Ability to problem solve and implement solutions quickly, often coordinating multiple teams
Excellent communication, organizational, operational, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
Previous experience of working in a highly regulated industry
Understanding of a Card Not present environment
Ability to work one weekend day (i.e. Sunday through Thursday work week)
Strong investigative skills

Regular attendance in the office
Willingness to travel
