What you will do:

  • Lead REX?s sales efforts across the state of Nevada

  • Conduct marketing and lead generation efforts with networking and direct sales

  • Be accountable for customer satisfaction

  • Assist with fielding buyer calls, showings, and open houses related to REX listings

  • Support sellers through negotiation and purchase agreement signing

  • Oversee creation of buyers? board packages by the REX team to encourage approvals

  • Work with attorneys through the escrow and closing process to ensure the process progresses, address issues and encourage timely, successful closings

  • Integrate closely with customer service; be a resource for them, providing input to scripts, question triage, and answers to customer service questions as needed

The Experience:

  • Licensed Nevada real estate broker who is qualified to be Designated Broker

  • If for an original real estate broker's license, at least three years' actual experience as a licensed real estate salesperson or real estate broker during the five years immediately preceding the time of application

  • Has a deep understanding of the real estate transaction process, documents and disclosures but not bound by traditional approaches where not legally mandated

  • Track record of attracting and selling listings that would be desirable for REX

  • Superb client service and communication skills; able to represent REX to high end clients

  • Business minded, with an entrepreneurial spirit

  • Tech savvy, innovative, and inspired by the potential of changing this industry

  • Embraces new technologies and services

  • Confident, open and communicates proactively about successes, issues and failures

  • Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, tech environment

  • Prefer willingness to obtain Arizona broker license
