To provide high quality hair service. To service all customers according to Company and departmental standards and policies and procedures.

  • Performs haircuts, perms, color and highlighting services, blow dry/style, roller sets, shampooing/conditioning.

  • Provides positive service standards including but not limited to courtesy, sincerity and enthusiasm to all guests.

  • Conducts consultations with clients.

  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment for guests and employees.

  • Stocks and restocks hair station and back bar with necessary supplies.

  • Utilizes excellent customer service skills to establish rapport with guests.

  • Adheres to the policies and procedures of the Beauty Salon Department.

  • Attends meetings and/or training sessions scheduled by Spa Director and supervisor.

  • Performs other responsibilities as requested by the Spa Director and supervisor.

  • Work in a fast-paced and busy environment.

  • Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude and ability to deal effectively with guests and management.

  • Good attendance, a "positive" attitude, team player skills are a must.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Adhere to State Board Rules and Regulations


  • At least 1 year experience as a hairstylist in a spa/salon or similar position or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

  • Current Cosmetologist license, as issued by the State Board of Cosmetology.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.


  • Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
