SLS Las Vegas Spa Receptionist in Las Vegas, Nevada

The Spa Receptionist is responsible for assisting guests by efficiently booking spa services and recommending retail products appropriate to their individual needs while maintaining the highest of professional standards.

Focus is on, but not limited to the following:

  • Greeting all guests in a warm, friendly manner

  • Seamlessly checking them in/out for services

  • Recognizing guest’s opportunities and notifying Spa Manager to find solutions

  • Assisting guests with spa service bookings based on their individual needs

  • Assist guests with all retail questions and selection of products

  • Maintain all front desk supplies and notify Spa Manager when inventory is low

  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of Spa front desk and retail area

  • Maintain locker key inventory

  • Attend all meetings and training’s required

  • Assist in monthly retail inventory as required

  • Inspect and maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of all areas in both Spa and Fitness

  • Review Hotel information such as in house VIP’s, groups, holiday/special events and occupancy

  • Maintain a neat, clean and well groomed appearance per SLS standards

  • One (1) year experience within the Spa Industry or Customer Service

  • Experience in a Luxury Casino Hotel/Resort preferred

  • Must have effective communication skills both verbal and written

  • Must be able to perform and strive in a team environment

  • Proficient in Spa Soft, Opera, Go Concierge, Book4Time, Word and Outlook a plus
