SUMMARY

The Senior Financial Analyst responsibilities include data analysis, report development and modification, audit of internal and external data/reports; developing and maintaining documentation. They will be perform complex statistical analysis, data mining activities and database modification.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible for quality and continuous improvement within the job scope.

  • Responsible for all actions/responsibilities as described in company controlled documentation for this position.

  • Contributes to and supports the corporation’s quality initiatives by planning, communicating, and encouraging team and individual contributions toward the corporation’s quality

    improvement efforts.
  • Responsible for data analysis, report development and modification, audit of internal and external data/reports

  • Develops and maintains reporting documentation.

  • Performs complex statistical analysis, data mining activities and database modification.

  • Participate in a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of special reports.

  • Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS·Minimum 4 years experience in accounting.·Experience in healthcare is preffered.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

  • CPA preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles required.

  • Exceptional communication skills.

  • Must have a strong working knowledge in Excel, Access, and SQL applications.

  • Crystal Report knowledge preferred.

  • Proven track record with problem solving and analytical skills required.

  • Able to work with a diverse group of people.
