If you are a Staff Accountant that enjoys both accounting and financial analysis, we have an amazing opportunity for you. Robert Half Finance & Accounting is assisting a thriving, fast-paced company in their search for a Staff Accountant.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

*Month-end close, journal entries, bank reconciliations, balance sheet account reconciliations

*Financial statement preparation and analysis (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements)

*Data analysis and reporting on sales, production, labor, materials, etc.

*Managing AR and AP and payroll processing

*Liaison with Logistics and Inventory

*Assist with outside audit

*Other duties as required

Requirements

*5+ years of experience in general ledger accounting, month end close, reconciliations, journal entries

*Previous experience with financial reporting and data analysis

*Solid Quickbooks knowledge

*Intermediate level Excel skills (extracting data and creating reports)

*Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred

*Great attitude and strong communication skills
