Criterion Systems is seeking to hire anTechnical Portfolio Managerto support a government customer. This person can work from our office in Las Vegas, Nevada or Washington, DC.
This position is responsible for interfacing and working closely with our large and distributed customer base to maintain and expand our technical portfolio information, to include network maps, protocols and services used, authorized and forbidden network activity, as well as maintaining and updating Interconnection Service Agreements, Memorandums of Understanding, and other documentation and authorizations where applicable for monitoring and alerting services.
Work closely with customer site management, cyber defenders, and local and remote SOC personnel to update and maintain accurate technical data about the customers site network
Manage customer expectations, ensure timely communications to and from customer sites, escalate unresolved issues, plan for updates to various documents according to schedule.
Review existing customer specific supporting document for needed changes and modification.
Communicate plans for changes / updates to documents to end users and those impacted by updates.
Provide technical and operational guidance to new and existing customers for Security Operations Center (SOC) and Network Operations Center (NOC) services
Track outstanding documents for new monitored sites, and act as liaison between customers and local personnel
Understanding of technical documents, versioning and business purpose
Understanding of technical concepts and reporting methods
Understanding of Cybersecurity infrastructure hardware and software, networking, protocols, sub-netting, tools.
Knowledge and experience of SOC and Incident Response concepts helpful
Excellent oral and written communication skills for effectively interfacing with all levels of customers and management
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and drive change and progress in diverse business environment
Strong problem solving skills
Awareness and knowledge of the following technologies:
MS Office tools (Advanced level)
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related business discipline. Bachelor’s Degree can be substitute with 4 years of work experience in information technology or other related field.
DOE Q or TS Clearance or be able to pass the appropriate background investigations to attain one.
