What does a great Technical Product Support do?
In this role, you will be part of a team that builds and supports the Transaction Content Management (TCM) databases and applications. You will support various peer groups in resolving client issues. You will develop and maintain a robust script library using a variety of diverse scripting tool, including PowerShell. You will participate in regression testing and quarterly roll-out of new features and functionality of TCM and provide on-call support with peers on a rotational basis.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
Equivalent work experience may be substituted.
3+ years of direct customer/client project or support involvement
Working knowledge of DB2 and SQL query writing
Experience working in Agile environment and Sprint process.
Flexible with schedule for after-hours and on-call support
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred
Experienced with back office functions in the financial services industry. This should include, but not limited to, bank operations for the item processing of check payments, image capture (such as branch capture products), and knowledge of cash letters.
Experience in checking documents/image payments flow and image related products is a plus
Knowledge of FISERV products and systems is a major plus.
