To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Promptly, accurately, and efficiently provide check-in, check-out, and reservation service to all guests and callers and promptly answer all telephones at Front Desk and route call and/or provide assistance and information to all callers. Communicate, cooperate and coordinate with co-workers, supervisors and managers in the Hotel Department and all other departments. Cover as PBX/Reservations Agent, Guest Service Agent as needed. To perform this position successfully, an individual must have prior hotel night audit and Front Desk experience and a minimum 3 years Front Office Supervisory or related Experience.
