Bowhead Logistics Solutions is looking for one (1) Remotely Piloted Aircraft Aircrew Scheduler to support the 556 Test and Evaluation Squadron and Det 4, 53 Test Management Group located at Nellis Air Force Base and Creech AFB, Nevada.


a. Responsible for producing the weekly schedule, to include aircraft, simulator, and meeting schedules using Patriot Excalibur (PEX), Microsoft Excel, and other computer applications.

b. Attend all applicable Creech AFB, Nellis AFB, NTTR, and 432 WG scheduling meetings. Attendence of these meetings will require additional local travel.

c. Aid in coordinating non-local airspace when required.

d. Interface with the 556 TES Director of Operations, Det 4, Test Teams, training, and Standardization and Evaluation to produce the weekly schedule.

e. Shall be responsible for coordinating with appropriate maintenance and local scheduling shops for deconfliction, launch and recovery, test mission needs, handover times.



a. 2 years’ experience scheduling Nellis or Creech AFB flying operations including use of Microsoft Excel, Patriot Excalibur (PEX), NTTR range websites (GRR, CSE, and mission planning site), O-71, 297, 2407 schedule change procedures, and R4808 scheduling

b. 5 years Air Force flying operations or Air Force aircraft maintenance experience

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must currently possess and be able to maintain a security clearance at the TOP SECRET/SCI level. US Citizenship is a requirement for TOP SECRET/SCI clearance at this location.
