Cybersecurity Risk Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Support the Cybersecurity mission. Provide subject matter expertise to client programs in various Cybersecurity areas, including the Risk Management Framework (RMF). Perform risk analysis and compliance activities by using assessment tools and procedures, including applying Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs). Consult headquarters-level decision-makers on the technical implementation of solutions for the sustainment of Cybersecurity across multiple technology areas. Support the research of emerging technology, requisite security requirements, and emerging threats and develop way-forwards to meet organizational goals.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with DoD STIGs, vulnerability scanning, and traditional or physical security

-Experience with implementing DoD Cybersecurity requirements and analyzing policies and procedures, including assessment and authorization activities

-Experience with conducting vulnerability and compliance assessments and risk mitigation

-Knowledge of Command Cyber Readiness Inspection (CCRI) and technical Cyber compliance inspections

-Top Secret clearance

-AA or AS degree

-DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with eMASS, Xacta, HBSS, ACAS, and SCAP Compliance Checker (SCC)

-Experience with secure configuration or hardening of DoD information systems

-Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Microsoft Windows Server or Workstation

-Experience with implementing Risk Management Framework for mission or weapon systems

-Ability to provide guidance on DoD Cyber regulations and requirements to engineering and software development staff

-TS/SCI clearance

-DoD 8570 IAT Level III Certification

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
