ArcBest Dedicated Customer Support Specialist in Nevada


Currently, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join the ArcBest team in Sparks, NV. It will be up to you to manage incoming customer and field email requests in order to build proper quotes for analyst pricing. Utilizing your superior customer service skills and all necessary resources, you will uphold effective customer, station, and field communication and make decisions in order to resolve urgent Time Critical scenarios.

Your contribution may include:

  • Providing accurate information on Time Critical and Truckload services.

  • Assisting in mode optimization.

  • Working with drivers to receive accurate tracking details.

  • Answering customer requests via phone and email.

  • Timely notification of service options, conflict resolutions, rate negotiations, and re-consignments.

  • Maintaining communication to ensure freight delivery within the customer?s expectations.

  • Mastering multiple complex computer programs.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be a member of the ArcBest Dedicated Admin & Finance team in Sparks, NV. Your hours will be Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with irregular hours that may occur depending on work load.
