The Role

A strategic lead member of the Service Delivery PMO team that provides consulting-level, highly technical professional. Expert knowledge of a specialty or professional field and strong business acumen. Applies advanced principles, theories, and concepts. Works on the most complex and unique issues requiring in-depth evaluation to generate solutions to business problems. Exercises significant latitude in determining and executing objectives and approaches to critical assignments. Acts independently toward general results. Devises methods, modifies or adapts standard procedures to meet different situations. Contributes to the establishment of the organization’s strategic goals.

The Main Responsibilities

Process improvement

• Conduct data analysis to establish baseline metrics and define root cause to enable the right solutions the align to Service Delivery operational goals

• Conduct process assessments to identify gaps

• Design Lean process improvements to reduce waste and eliminate handoffs

• Identify process, policy, people and platform gaps and drive solutions

• Support and drive integrations of new and existing processes

• Provides input and supports planning and prioritization for business process engineering related activities

• Develops the business unit process engineering plan and integrates plan with corporate plan

• Participates in continuous review and update to ensure that processes meet changing business unit conditions

• Conduct SME reviews and workshops to document existing processes and identify gaps

• Effective stakeholder management to establish creditability with teams to drive towards a common goal

• Identifies and analyzes gaps between current processes and the desired state

• Establish and handover control plans to ensure sustainable and measurable improvements

Technology enablement

• Responsible for actively resolving day-to-day technology needs of the business unit with a focus on the analysis of processes-dissecting problems and suggesting solutions

• Enhances the alignment between business processes and information technology

• Define use cases and elicit/draft business requirements for future state technology solutions

• Understands technical problems and solutions in relation to the current, as well as the future business environmen

Change management

• Drive the development of key process documentation and collateral based off future state changes to enable effective organizational change

• Partner with project resources to ensure effective change communication

• Develops process performance measures and plans the transition to a new process

• Provides counsel and leadership on future use of technology and business process improvements

What We Look For in a Candidate

• Bachelors degree or equivalent education and experience. Typically, 10+ years related experience.

• 8+ years related experience with Masters degree.

• Lean Six Sigma methodology

• Self-starter

• Good communication and presenting skills

• Ability to build trust and partner with teams

• Process analysis, change management, and analytical experience

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
