The Role

The Senior Manager Business Process Innovation will develop, implement and lead process improvement efforts and influence cross-functional efforts to drive business transformation through process. This leader will also need to be highly attune to IT strategies, platforms, and roadmaps as well as will play a leadership role on connecting our desired Customer Journey to process solutions and platform solutions that best meet the customer needs and differentiate their experience.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for development, implementation, and measurement of functional and strategic process improvement initiatives

  • Establish and manage a process architecture development team within the Service Delivery PMO over a single value stream

  • Create Process Architecture Framework within the PMO structure

  • Develop business process analytic data standards for optimization of value streams

  • Identify the development of an annual strategic plan and manage to the quarterly tactical plans for addressing gaps between layered processes.

  • Establish tactical plans for achieving broadly-defined goals and process improvement objectives through assigning tasks, reviewing work and providing coaching, team and individual feedback.

  • Manage team responsible for providing management and efficiencies solutions for Delivery Operations

  • Lead project architecture analysis, training, logistical and infrastructure assistance for process improvement initiatives.

  • Establish market-based metrics and unit cost measures which appropriately evaluate success and drive accountability of business process improvement within the company

  • Escalation manager for process improvement design expertise, utilizing agreed upon process methodology.

  • Lead and influence others to achieve results including gaining executive support for process improvement initiatives

  • Collaborate with leadership, including frequent contact with executives

  • Cultivate strategic relationships across the organization to drive efficiencies throughout the applicable value streams

  • Communicate with cross functional teams in all areas of the company, vendors, customers, and other external conferences

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • Seasoned professional with 7 - 10 years of prior business experience, including 3-5 years of process improvement and project management experience.

  • Proven success designing, influencing and and implementing process improvement initiatives.

  • Ability to provide requirements to and/or develop and process improvement documentation

  • Understanding of processes and new technologies

  • Excellent written / verbal communication Skills to all levels of the organization (Front Line to Sr. Leader)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

  • Master’s Degree in related field a plus

  • Familiarity with SAFe Agile
