Aerotek Call Center Representative in Reno, Nevada

Aerotek is seeking Customer Service Representatives to help support one of the largest Healthcare Organizations in Nevada! This is your opportunity to get your foot in the door & start working your way up and into a massive career opportunity. Customer Service experience is REQUIRED. Healthcare or call center experience is preferred, but not required.

  • Schedule: Must be available Mon-Fri 8am-6pm. 40 hour work week.

  • Pay Range: $14.00-$15.00

  • Worksite Location: Onsite, NOT remote

  • Contract Length: Contract-to-hire, long term opportunity!


Customer Service supports inbound calls to different membership in the community. We offer a Medicare Advantage Plan, Commercial insurance, third party administration of benefits and also support providers. A Customer Service Agent is responsible one call at a time and the expectation is to resolve and address all inquiries. A Customer Service Representative can take anywhere between 50-70 calls per day, depending on the line that is assigned. All Customer Service Representatives have an assigned cubicle, with a computer and two monitors, a phone with headset, keyboard and mouse.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing and speaking English. High school diploma is preferred. Requires 1-2 years of Customer Service experience, call center or healthcare experience is preferred, but not required. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and have the ability to use the computer to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies.
