This position is responsible for sweeping, mopping, and buffing all hard floor surfaces; vacuuming, extraction, and carpet care; dusting entrances and stairwells; cleaning restrooms and surrounding areas; maintaining supplies and other duties as needed. Snow removal may occasionally occur. Minimum Qualifications1. Graduation from high school or equivalent education and six months of custodial or janitorial experience in a commercial, industrial, hospital, governmental or similar environment.2. Pursuant to NRS 284.4066, some positions in this series have been identified as affecting public safety.
