We have immediate openings for a full time Field Service Technician/Customer Service Engineer. The Field Technician/Customer Service Engineer will provide break-fix troubleshooting and repair services to our customers.


  • Installing, repairing and troubleshooting workstations, Printers, Scanners, Routers, & Switches

  • Installing and repairing Servers

  • Troubleshoot and installing in LAN-WAN environments

  • Provide some desk side technical support for hardware and software

  • Perform analysis to effectively identify potential problems to eliminate problems in the future

  • Maintain requisite technical competence to support the hardware and software

  • Install, move, add, and change hardware and related peripherals in accordance with the Change Management Process

  • Taking appropriate actions to mitigate or eliminate hardware/software problems

  • Perform applicable preventative maintenance, per OEM specifications

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Storage field based or equivalent role

  • Fluent knowledge of English is required

  • Certified to ITIL Foundation level. (Desired)

  • Relevant vendor or industry certifications (Desired)

  • Self-motivated in resolving technical problems, and improving technical knowledge.

  • Structured and logical problem determination skills

  • Certified for HDS Storage Foundations Modular (Desired)

  • Has received HDS or equivalent training to support RISP CE4 products and activities

  • Must submit to and pass a Pre-Employment Drug and Alcohol screen
