What you'll bring
5+ years of experience as people, team, and customer centric leader or project manager
Design thinker with experience driving innovation
Demonstrated experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams, departments, and stakeholders
Strong background in customer experience methodologies
Excellent communication skills that include data backed storytelling, delivering change management, and flexing to audience
Ability to manage multiple priorities within a high volume and fast paced environment, including adapting to shifting business needs
A commitment to personal high standards proven by initiative, self-motivation, & contribution to company goals
Empowered & confident decision maker, with a leadership mindset
Strong computer skills and ability to learn Intuit products, techniques and processes quickly
How you will lead
Define, lead, and execute experimentation to alleviate customer pain points & optimize efficiencies
Analyzes & shares learnings to foster data driven decisions
Build strategies that focus on enhancing value, customer growth, and our continued evolution
Partner across multiple teams to create data backed business cases for change across products, processes, systems, and people
Demonstrates continuous self-driven development in pursuit of honing craft of core work, to disrupt the norm, influence change, and scale solutions.
Explicit ownership to actively investigates and delivers customer needs through effective questioning, listening, and documentation
Advocates on customers’ behalf to drive change with measurable impact and improvement, taking action to transform ideas into results
Implementation of change management strategies
How you will lead:
Goal oriented, with ability to focus on highest priorities while operating with minimal supervision and direction
Drive process using indirect authority, including identifying decision makers and escalation paths for projects
Proactively seeking input from cross functional team members to understand their program needs and roles to build partnerships
Building positive working relationships with collaborators across groups
Communicating clear vision to ensure line of sight to program goals
Recognizing and working through barriers with minimal coaching
Driving creative and effective problem solving and decision making
