Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.

We are specifically looking for an experienced and senior Technical Program Manager to join the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Group in Seattle, in the Commercial Enablement team under the centralized PMO team (it's not your standard PMO!). You will be responsible for managing complex, cross- organizational programs that impact both product and business for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and will have exposure to multiple critical business initiatives. The PMO team at OCI steers the ship, driving results for the business by partnering with any team required to deliver results. A lot of key areas just hit our plate and we need experts, ASAP!
In Commercial Enablement, we manage the process that ensures customers can order, use, and pay for every OCI service that launches. With the breadth of services OCI releases, this requires creative thinking, dedicated focus, and the ability to pull together technical and non-technical teams together to create solutions.
You will partner with every team in Oracle to make these projects happen. The space is fun, large, cross cutting and complex. You will manage the development and implementation process for all aspects of interdepartmental delivery, plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. You have experience bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams.

Work well with product managers to establish and maintain our roadmap, setting appropriate expectations and ensuring our product and services meet our high operational excellence standards.
