As part of the dynamicResearch and Resolutionteam, you will use your problem solving skills to interface with customers both internally and externally on both post and pre-sale issues while identifying the best solution for the customer and Tessco. Your goal will be to uncover the root cause of the issue and resolve the issue, while providing best in class customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Identify the best post sales solution for the customer and TESSCO

  • Identify constraints and determine intra-team involvement to resolve issues

  • Negotiate win-win solutions through collaborative efforts

  • Report trends which can be further analyzed to determine root cause and provide action items to increase customer satisfaction

  • Provide action items to increase customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate with various teams on customer needs

Qualifications

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent documented experience and skills

  • Results-oriented, self-starter

  • Positive attitude

  • Professional phone demeanor

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a dynamic environment

  • Above average problem-solving skills

  • Prior customer service experience, a must

  • Ability to think outside the box to come to a Win-Win solution
