TESSCO Technologies Sales Support Representative in Reno, Nevada

Tessco is seeking a dynamic Sales Support Representative. In this role you will be the primary contact with customers and Account Managers to build and maintain relationships. You will process quotes and orders to grow the business and provide daily support to our customers and Account Managers. Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of strategic accounts while acting as the primary interface for daily customer activity

  • Accurate and timely processing of quotes, orders, and a variety of other pre and post sales requests

  • Convert inquiries to orders while promoting the Tessco value proposition in all customer interactions

  • Collaborate effectively with our cross-functional teams to address customer needs

  • Perform customer transaction and account management assistance

  • Provide database maintenance to improve efficiency in marketing programs and sales strategy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent documented experience and skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated superior customer service abilities

  • Proficient in building relationships

  • A desire to collaborate and serve our customers in a professional and friendly manner

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize using time management skills

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Salesforce.com experience a plus
