Manage a book of business that consists of VIP tier level guests.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:1.-High School graduation or equivalent is required.2.-Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word required.3.-Be at least 21 years of age for insurance purposes.4.-Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming registration and Alcohol Awareness certification required.3.-Knowledge of CMP and LMS programs preferred.4.-Ability to read, write and speak the English language sufficiently to communicate with general public.5.-Employer conducts drug and background screening.JOB DUTIES:1.Identify and solicit new gaming guests for the Players Club.2.Provide timely and accurate enrollment in to the Players Club program.3.Effectively use telemarketing, mail and other marketing techniques to increase visitation patterns among targeted patrons.4.Assist guests with their promotional offers received via direct mail or other advertising.5.Ensure guests have a memorable and enjoyable visit by answering questions, providing information and directing them to appropriate departments as required.6.Complete all required paperwork and file appropriately in a timely and efficient manner.7.Assist in the creation and implementation of custom guest events to bring business to the Nugget.8.Participate in promotions, drawings and special events as required.9.Provide complimentary requests based the Nuggets comp matrix and guests level of play.10.Manage specific guest requests for various events including but not limited to, golf outings, Rib Cook off, gaming tournaments, concerts and Hotel accommodations.11.Assist guests with concerns and or problems to ensure guest and company satisfaction.12.Knowledgeable of and consistently follow Nugget policies and procedures as well as appropriate local, state and federal regulations.13.Communicate effectively with all levels of the Nugget team and guests.14.perform work in a safe manner and maintain a safe environment for team member and guests.15.Immediately report unsafe conditions and team member or guest incidents to a member of the management team or Security.16.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
