Job SummaryJob SummaryAnachemia Mining, part of Avantor, is a leading supplier to mining and commercial assay laboratories conducting mineral analyses around the world. As our business continues to grow, we are on the lookout for a Production Worker at our Sparks NV facility to assist with the production and packaging of pre-mixed dry materials. No previous experience is necessary – you will receive full training. Contract positions (3-6 months) are also available.
Loading, operating, unloading and dispensing the mixer
Operating the compressor
Safe placement of products on the production floor and warehouse
Occasional warehouse tasks, including labelling, packaging, and palletizing
Follow safety guidelines & procedures
Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Complete other duties as assigned to support cross-functional teams
Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic math skills
No prior manufacturing experience is required
Punctuality and a professional, can-do attitude
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
Good computer skills preferred (use of Word, Excel & Outlook programs).
Warehouse experience, forklift license are assets
