Supervise and coordinate departmental workload. Distribute assignments as directed. Coordinate meetings, appointments and seminars for Sales Department staff.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:1. High school diploma or equivalent required.2. Ability to read, write and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the general public.3. Employer has strict grooming standards.4. Customer service skills required.5. Employer has strict policies on tardiness and call ins.6. Employer conducts background check and drug screening.JOB DUTIES:1. Perform day to day administrative duties for the Executive VP of Sales, and the Directors of Sales.2. Prepare sales contracts, proposals and correspondence.3. Administer and maintain the Delphi Sales/Catering software program on a daily basis.4. Create and run all diagnostic, pre-established Delphi reports, as well as custom reports for sales and catering departments as directed.5. Responsible for the generation and distribution of all month end sales production, lost business and revenue reports.6. Responsible or generation of monthly sales pace reports.7. Administer and distribute RSCVA and Third-party sales leads and maintain Sales Lead log.8. Maintain and update Limo/Transportation log.9. Prepare transportation and amenity requests.10.Receive, open and distribute incoming mail and documents.11. Update Delphi pick-up weekly and run GRC for weekly meeting.12. Route all bookings to appropriate and pre-established departments within twenty-four hours of receiving contracts by Sales Manager/Director/VP.13. Facilitate rooming lists, VIP orders, transportation requests to all appropriate departments in timely manner.14. Address guest concerns and or complaints in a timely manner15. Knowledgeable of and consistently follow Nugget policies and procedures as well as appropriate local, state and federal regulations.16. Communicate effectively with all levels of the Nugget team and guests.17. Perform work in a safe manner and maintain a safe environment for team member and guests.18. Immediately report unsafe conditions and team member or guest incidents to a member of the management team or Security.19. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
