Monitor floor staff coverage, ensuring guest service levels are maintained and proactively resolve any guest issues that arise. Assist in slot machine payouts, fills, credits and counting down banks.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:1. At least six (6) months previous supervisory experience and working knowledge of all technical aspects of the Slot Department required.2. High School diploma or equivalent is required.3. Have or ability to obtain gaming card and alcohol awareness card.4. Ability to read, write and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the general public.5.
